production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers. **Posizione**:
**THE IMPACT** He/She manages the assigned customer/supplier set spreading the continuous improvement approach with the aim to maximize the internal and external customers’ satisfaction. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage customer/supplier complaints and drafting 8D and implementing/evaluating corrective actions
- Manage customer and supplier audits
- Supervise PPAP documentation management on supply components
- Manage Internal audits
- Manage customer/supplier quality KPIs
- Develop and manage supplier improvement plans **Requisiti**: - Degree in engineering or similar;
- Both Italian and English fluency are required for this position;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the same role;
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
