The position is based in our office in Milan, within Parfums Christian Dior’s Marketing team. Reporting to the Advocacy Manager, the intern will support the team in all Advocacy activities about Parfums Christian Dior on the Italian market. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the management of the day-by-day activity of Parfums Christian Dior digital and social media channels
- Support the management of social partnership and activities on social media (shootings, content creation, events, seedings, etc..)
- Facilitate the selection of influencers and oversee their lifecycle, consistently enhancing the community and engagement
- Manage activities of seeding and gifting to talents, socialites, VIPs and editors
- Monitor the coverage and influencers’ activity in Italy
- Support the execution of all the PR matters and project from HQ to Italy
- Ad-hoc analysis and reports, using specific tools (i.e. Lefty, DMR, Radarly, Tribe etc..)
- Monitoring & report of digital environments & main competitors **Job responsibilities**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Digital savvy
- Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Economics
- Previous experience in the Beauty industry will be considered a plus
- Excellent technical and data-driven mindset skills
- Strong project/time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point must have)
- Excellent level of Italian and English (both spoken and written)
- Positive spirit, curiosity and outgoing attitude
