- Location - Milan, central. **Responsibilities**: - Assist the Management team in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, as well as ensure induction training for new arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice, ensuring all clients receive a personalized and luxury shopping experience.
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers in the long term.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance,



suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar or higher role in luxury retail.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
- Driven sales consultant who is passionate about fashion and client relationship building.
- Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients.
- Fluent in English and Italian, a third language is a plus. **Offering**: - Salary up to €60K, depending on experience.
