For the strengthening of the Testing Product Unit, integral part of the **Testing Practice**, we are looking for a **Test Analyst**and** Test Manager**. In this role you will play a key role in: - Develop or review a test policy and test strategy
- Plan the test activities by considering the context, and understanding the test objectives and risks
- Coordinate the test plan(s) with other stakeholder involved
- Introduce suitable metrics for evaluating software quality
- Defining the approach for managing test case execution sessions to ensure the software is released on time, identifying and managing critical issues.
- Ensuring the correct use of tools and the consistency and quality of information reported during test execution.
- Ensure all issues and defects are reported and tracked in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver test summary reports based on the information gathered
- Collaborate with other departments to manage and prioritize testing efforts
- Design and implement test cases and test procedures
- Prepare and acquire test data
- Execute tests, evaluate the results, and document deviations from expected results
- Select, configure and use Test Design, Data preparation, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Automation tools
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines
- Continuously improve test process and methodologies **Descrizione estesa**:
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and analyze complex problems
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities and comfort in making decisions independently
- Broad competence of test design techniques: black box and experience based
- Ability to write clear and concise test documentation
- Understanding of industry standards and best practices in software testing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
