IT Applications & Infrastructure Internship

**This role in summary** We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our IT team. The intern will support the IT Italy Market Lead in various tasks related to the management and improvement of our information systems processes and tools, providing support to the users and gaining valuable hands-on experience in this function. **Your responsibilities will include**
- Contribute to continuous IT Applications & Infrastructure improvements (understand the business needs, discuss the IT solutions, support the users test and the system validation)
- Governance of the major tasks ongoing with the Global IT and the Europe IT functions
- Control and Governance of the monthly IT Expenses vs IT Budget for the Market
- Contribute to Project Management for the relevant Market Initiatives
- Assess and map the current Applications used in the Market understanding the evolution
- Organize a repository for the documentation of system processes and procedures
- Facilitate the resolutions of the issues/tickets avoiding escalation **Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Project Management, Analytics - Business IT or related fields
- Interest in information systems and technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent Italian language and good level of English Language
- Reliability and flexibility - Proactivity and adaptability
- Curiosity and openness to change
