**IT Infrastructure Project Manager**:
The Role
**Key Responsibilities**:
Independently manage small to medium-sized infrastructure projects (virtualization initiatives, disaster recovery implementations, hybrid cloud deployments);
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets;
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with various stakeholders;
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and costs;
Identify and manage project risks and issues;
Lead project meetings and status reviews;
Create and maintain project documentation and reports;
Implement change management processes;
**Required Technical Skills**:
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and architecture (compute, storage, network);
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and migration strategies;
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow);
Very good understanding of ITIL framework;
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
Advanced MS Office skills;
English proficiency >B2;
Understanding of IT security principles;

Excellence in stakeholder management and communication;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage conflicting priorities;
Good negotiation skills;
Strong organizational and planning abilities;
**Work mode**: Hybrid with an average of 2/3 days per week at client premises (in Milano);
