**SALES ASSOCIATE - MILAN BOUTIQUE** **Nanis Italian Jewels**, a leader in the production of gold and precious stone jewelry entirely made in Italy, is looking for Sales Associates for its new monobrand boutique in Milan, located in the prestigious fashion district. **SALES ASSOCIATE - ENGLISH VERSION** **Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell products by understanding and anticipating the needs of our international clientele.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain the store’s visual and operational standards in line with company guidelines.
- Convey the brand’s values and passion through expert product knowledge and storytelling. **Requirements & Competencies**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury fashion or jewelry brand or in a high-end multibrand environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. **Knowledge of a second foreign language (Russian, French, German, Spanish,
or Chinese) is highly desirable.** Strong listening skills with the ability to deliver personalized customer service and develop a deep understanding of client preferences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well-organized, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
