The Project Manager (Junior)'s role is to be the main point of contact for the compliance activities associated with Flowserve’s aftermarket platform and performance-based contracts. The associate will be responsible to provide support across multifunctional teams consisting of leadership, commercial teams, execution, business development and internal business partners such as finance and legal.
The individual will analyze key contract information to develop and implement work processes to ensure contractual compliance within both Flowserve and customers accordingly. **Responsibilities**: - Work with a cross functional team consisting of Business Development, Execution Managers, On-site Application Engineers, and End User Sales personnel to ensure Flowserve meets its commitments of the program.
- Responsible for the accountability of the LCA Contract and evaluating key actions associated with the Contract included but not limited to fee adjustments, discounts and credits related to contract incentives.
- Responsible for updating and revising Contract Profiles, Flowforce, MS TEAMS, etc. with changes to the Contract or Flowserve personnel.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate new processes to increase efficiency, execution, and improve compliance with individual contracts
- Coordinate and interface with other Flowserve resources in a positive and constructive manner and work on joint projects as necessary for the net agevolazioni of Flowserve and the customer.
- Other duties as assigned **Requirements**: - BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience for the ability to plan, organize, and accomplish goals
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-motivated, willingness to learn, assertive, positive attitude and work ethics
- Experience associated with customer facing roles such as, Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Contract administration a plus
