What you’ll do:
Join the team of Marketing for Sisal and in particular the Marketing Strategy team reporting directly to the Marketing Strategy Associate Manager.- Have the opportunity to be involved in the marketing strategy definition for Sisal and its sub-brands, ensuring consistent brand positioning, key messages, and visuals- Extract, analyse and present marketing and business data and KPIs on a regular basis- Conduct in-depth, data-driven analyses to monitor brand performance, assess market trends and consumer insights, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making- Support marketing plan management and cross-channel calendars and the execution of the main campaigns- Help maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice- Constant benchmarking of the market and competitors. What you’ll bring:
A degree in Economics, Marketing or a similar discipline- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office,
with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.- Willingness to be part of a team and to constantly learn new concepts, approaches, and methods- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and extract actionable insights.- A proactive, self-starter mentality, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
