We are recruiting a consultant to join our **Intellectual Property Team** in **Milan**, who will be involved in: - Advising on intellectual and industrial property matters (trademarks, patents, design, copyright);
- Handling both litigation and non-contentious activities for national and international clients;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts related to new technologies and digital media;
- Providing strategic consulting in the IT and tech sector;
- Supporting IP litigation and the legal protection of intellectual property rights;
- Independently managing cases and coordinating assigned team members. **_Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics_** This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: - At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Italy, in both litigation and non-contentious IP matters;
- Law degree and admission to the Italian Bar;
- Previous experience in leading law firms or within IP departments;
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;

Stiamo cercando un consulente da inserire nel nostro team legale specializzato in **Proprietà intellettuale** a **Milano**, che si occuperà di: - Assistenza in materia di proprietà intellettuale e industriale (marchi, brevetti, design, diritto d’autore);
- Gestione di attività sia giudiziali che stragiudiziali per clienti nazionali e internazionali;
- Redazione e revisione di contratti relativi a nuove tecnologie e digital media;
- Attività di consulenza strategica in ambito informatico e tech;
- Supporto nelle fasi di contenzioso IP e nella tutela legale dei diritti di proprietà;

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta;
