**MISSION** He/She supports the customer Relationship from the incoming order to the post sales phase. **MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Manage customer portfolio and oversee the full cycle of customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Manage order data entry and price updates in the SAP system.
- Oversee order processing, verify product availability with the warehouse, and prepare technical documentation for shipment.
- Interact with both the finance and sales departments to resolve any issues related to the post-sales phase. **Requisiti**: - Bachelor’s degree in business, languages or similar;
- Professional working proficiency in Italian, German and English are a must have;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack;
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience (thesis or curricular internship) will be considered a plus;
- Team working, good problem solving and organizational skills will complete the profile.
