Global Sustainability Lead **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and contribute to improving sustainability performance in sustainability team in the Motion Business Area. You will contribute to improving the sustainability performance of the business, with a particular focus on environment (climate and circularity), supporting projects regarding sustainability value creation, awareness raising and training (focus on sales) and sustainability benchmarking. The work model for the role is:#LI-Onsite. You will be mainly accountable for: - Working closely with the Global Sustainability Lead and the Head of Sustainability to support the Business Area Sustainability function’s mandate to integrate sustainability strategy and practices into business activity. - Supporting the preparation of toolkits, as well as the preparation and delivery of training and awareness raising initiatives to build strong sustainability competence in key functions, with a specific focus on sales and segment management. - Ensuring that toolkit and training content is always up to date, support the Global Sustainability Lead to streamline related value propositions and messages (in alignment with Communications function). - Supporting the global team in assisting local units to leverage sustainability as a value creator with customers, developing positioning strategies and building partnerships.
- Supporting local units and Local Sustainability Champions to tailor and cascade toolkits and training. - Supporting internal and external positioning and thought leadership efforts content-wise in collaboration with other key stakeholders (Account management, Communications, Local Sustainability Champions). - Engaging and collaborating proactively with different internal stakeholders both locally and globally throughout several different functions. - Preparing templates, presentations and reports to support the Business Area Sustainability function according to internal and external needs and priorities. - Staying abreast of sustainability trends, run benchmark assessments on sustainability reports, and conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making at strategic Business Area level on environmental sustainability topics. - Supporting as needed on other initiatives and projects such as sustainability reporting and questionnaires. Focus areas may include carbon accounting, circularity, supply chain sustainability, human rights and community engagement. **Qualifications for the role**: - You enjoy working with analytical and structured approach to problem solving and interdisciplinary thinking skills. - You have experience in the field of sustainability, ESG reporting aspects / (alternative) exposure to ESG reporting and sustainability is a plus.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office Package.
- You are captivated by building a career into corporate sustainability with global exposure or possibly additional work/personal experience in the field of Sustainability (including volunteering, internship in NGOs, UN organizations).
- Degree in in economics, management, sustainability field.
- You are at ease communicating in English (must) and Italian. **More about us**:
