**Responsibilities**
The Industrial Controller, directly reporting to the Planning & Control Director, will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing industrial and production costs, providing strategic and operational insights to management to support decisions aimed at efficiency, profitability, and production process optimization. **Activities**
- Analyze industrial costs, both direct and indirect, related to luxury furniture production;
- Prepare and monitor industrial budgets and forecasts;
- Support the definition of standard costs and analyze variances);
- Evaluate product margins, bill of materials, and production cycles;
- Control production efficiency, resource usage, and KPIs;
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Purchasing departments to optimize processes and costs;
- Prepare periodic reports for top management;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects. **Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent knowledge of industrial management control and cost accounting principles;
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude;
- Good knowledge of the English language. **Education & Work experience**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies or the furniture/luxury sector;
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience of International markets. **Work location**: Meda (MB).
