We are looking for a proactive and service-driven **Supervisor** to join our team at **Luigia Dubai**, an award-winning Italian restaurant concept that brings the heart of Italy to every table. Founded in Geneva, Switzerland, Luigia blends traditional hospitality with a modern dining experience in a vibrant and high-volume setting. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service standards are met, coaching the team, and driving performance. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company procedures.
- Supervise and coach front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct opening and closing duties consistently and accurately.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor task execution.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Complete monthly performance scorecards and support in team evaluations.
- Assist in setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
- Work closely with the Operations and Business teams to meet and exceed financial and service targets.
- Report relevant updates and operational issues to the Restaurant Manager in a timely manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor or team lead role within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Confident in handling operational systems, problem-solving, and managing team performance.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a natural ability to lead and inspire.
