From Day 1, you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. **Your Challenge** As **Junior Sales Operation Specialist** you will support the Sale Operation function in the following main activities: - Optimize and streamline sales processes, working with the Sales Director for the efficiency of the Digital Industry sales organization;
- Identify metrics/indicators that align with sales growth strategies and use the data insight to design, govern & measure process, methodology & profitability improvements;
- Implement sales strategies together with other Digital Industry functions in line with the company strategic programs;
- Coordinate and implement the sales incentive plan roll out and monitoring;
- Conduct regular evaluations of sales team competencies to identify skill gaps, training needs,
and performance improvement opportunities;Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. **What you need to bring with you**
- Have less than 29 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Recent graduated or is about to graduate in Managerial Engineering and Economics, passionate about technological innovation
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Data driven and analytical approach, metrics enthusiast
- Adaptable, curious and eager to keep learning
- Continuous self-improvement enthusiast
