It requires close collaboration with business functions and stakeholders to develop strategic programs that enhance efficiency and drive innovative solutions. As an Operational Excellence and Digitalization Program Manager, you will be responsible for: - Working close to Business functions and Regions to identify areas of process improvement delivering redesign options and/or tools development.
- Preparing business cases for proposed programs to support strategic prioritization.
- Analyzing key processes to map process steps, systems/tools, R&Rs; to deliver a clear view over identified gaps and prioritized solutions.
- Co-operating with AI CoE and other teams to develop programs, prepare functional specifications and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders/users
- Ensuring successful prograM/Features go-live.
- Updating organization and key stakeholders on program status.
- Advising Functional managers or other departments on approaches, processes, and procedures in your field. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have proven experience in Program Management
- Have domain expertise in AI, generative AI, agent-based AI, and large language models (LLM)
