Overview
- We are looking for a talented and experienced **native English**copywriter to faithfully translate the well-established creative vision of the Bolza family into refined, engaging, and intelligent copy. This is an **on-site position** based at the Tabaccaia offices at Reschio.
- The artistic direction at Reschio is already clearly defined and deeply embedded in every aspect of the brand — shaped and curated by the Bolza family with consistency and intent. We are looking for someone who can understand and honour this vision, bringing it to life through language that resonates across all touchpoints. It’s about interpreting a sophisticated, nuanced aesthetic and storytelling approach, and rendering it with clarity, elegance, and precision for a discerning international audience. Main responsibilities: - Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to fully absorb and reflect the Bolza family’s artistic vision and established brand identity;
- Craft polished and evocative copy across a variety of formats — from brochures to newsletters, digital content to press materials — always aligned with the existing tone of voice;
- Translate the family's creative input and storytelling into compelling English-language content;
- Edit and refine existing texts, ensuring clarity, consistency,
and linguistic excellence, aligned in Reschio tone of voice;
- Use data and feedback to measure and improve the effectiveness of copy;
- Translate Italian content into English with cultural sensitivity and conceptual accuracy;
- Contribute to keyword research and SEO optimisation where needed. **Requirements**: - Native English speaker with proven experience as a copywriter in luxury, design, hospitality, or the arts;
- Degree in Literature, Art, or a related field;
- A deep sensitivity to tone, style, and visual culture, with the ability to echo and elevate an already established creative language;
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written);
- Solid grasp of digital marketing tools and trends;
- Reliability, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects with care and precision;
