The selected person will support the Firm’s professionals with the following tasks: - Corporate compliance (filings with the Chamber of Commerce and Revenue Agency) for client companies (SpA and Srl)
- Maintenance and updating of corporate books
- Requests for certificates from the Chamber of Commerce and court
- Preparation and archiving of documents
- Organization of professionals’ schedules and providing them with administrative support
- Preparation of working papers
- Invoicing
- Opening, modification, and management of client engagements
- Completion of anti-money laundering forms **Requirements**: - Several years of experience in a similar role, or at least a couple of years in general secretarial work
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Seriousness, reliability, and confidentiality
- Problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
