We are looking for an **R&D; Controller** to join our Finance team and support key financial processes related to Research & Development activities. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and performance analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, HR, and other finance departments.

The YPP rewards those who strive for excellence while collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders. **What you will do**- Develop and maintain budgets for R&D; projects and departments
- Analyze R&D; costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Collaborate with international R&D; teams to follow up on project costs and timelines
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support project evaluation and investment decisions with financial analysis
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for R&D; activities
- Assist in the preparation of New Product Developments and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans **What You Need to Be Successful** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Excellent command of the English and Italian languages
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial softwares; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Availability to travel internationally to R&D; sites (Sweden, Italy, Poland)
