Employee Groups and Celebration. **Position Overview** The Italy Region sales operations wholesale team, based in Casalecchio di Reno, is looking for a sales operations support to provide high level of service to internal and external customers. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** **Actively support the Sales Operations Team**
- Regional claims and returns management
- Credit notes **Order management activities**
- Order modifications and release
- Order confirmation preparation and dispatch for the region
- PO check
- Seasonal support activities **Experience, Skills, and Knowledge**
- Customer Service / Sales operations background
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments and remote international teams.
- Accountability and ability to finalize tasks
- Flexibility, open-mindedness and positive attitude.
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in the use of Excel
