In this role, you will support the Finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks related to customer contracts, promotional agreements, and financial settlements. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain financial tools, manage data integrity, and contribute to monthly closings and reporting processes for Organized Trade (OT) and Hard Discount (HD) channels. **Responsibilities** **Your Day To Day With Us**: - Upload and update customer contracts and promotional agreements in internal systems (CDA and ACD tools).
- Ensure proper settlement of national and local agreements in line with internal guidelines.
- Validate promotional invoices and monitor compliance with contract terms.
- Support monthly closing processes by checking data accuracy and communicating with the Planning and Reporting teams.
- Assist in resolving customer disputes related to financial agreements.
- Reconcile turnover data between internal systems and prepare monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.



**Qualifications** **What will you need to succeed?**
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or sales administration role (internships included).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with financial tools or BI platforms is a plus.
