Main duties will include ‘learning on the job’ tasks like preparing promotional materials and presentations, and assist on marketing-medical projects at local and national level. **Main duties and responsibilities**: - Reach a good knowledge on the company and the brand
- Support the marketing team in Agencies/Providers coordination and contracting
- Support Coupa procedures
- Manage Materials shipment, archiving, translation and documents preparation
- Meeting slides and schedule support
- Assist the team in administrative ad-hoc task
- Administrative tracking of quotes and invoices
- Learning-on-the-job on new marketing projects, as materials usage understanding and analysis **Minimum requirements**: - Currently enrolled in a Master study related to fields of Medical, Marketing or Sales.
- Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and interaction skills.

LI-TK1 The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is premio eligible.
