**Position**:
As part of the Omnichannel & Data department, the intern will support the launch and the execution of the holiday season, having the opportunity to deep dive the knowledge on key E-commerce areas and business. The position is based in Rome. **Job responsibilities**: - Support products go-live processes: content checks, system settings, day-to-day platform readiness
- Maintains and updates operational documents, trackers and shared files, ensuring the team has access to clear and up-to-date information
- Assist on execution of operational tasks to guarantee excellence on the website with constant checks
- Assist with troubleshooting and checks on online products (settings, images, descriptions, etc.), supporting HQ and Zones’ teams on all setting activities
- Supports the Site Management and E-Merchandising teams during peak moments with a solution-oriented and hands-on approach
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting
- Participate in competitor benchmarking **Profile**: - Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Passion for luxury and digital
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
