È il supporto tecnico per il processo ed il prodotto nei reparti produttivi, garantendone il continuo miglioramento attraverso il troubleshooting e problem solving (RCA member). Svolge i ruoli di investigation lead e DE owner ad hoc. Supporta il team NPI nella introduzione dei nuovi prodotti per gli aspetti tecnologici. Supporta in campo i reparti produttivi. **In this role you will**: - Propone progetti di miglioramento/process understanding per i processi esistenti.
- Supporta la convalida di prodotto/processo sia a seguito di change sia per introduzione di NPI.
- Supporta l’unità di Change Control nella stesura della documentazione técnica limitatamente alla sua area di responsabilità.
- Puo’ dare supporto agli enti preposti nelle fasi di IQ/OQ di alcuni equipment
- Ha conoscenza dei prodotti nell’ambito della Dose Form di competenza
- Individua eventuali progetti di miglioramento da un punto di vista produttivo, sia per incrementare la robustezza che la produttività dei processi. Inoltre,
garantisce il monitoraggio continuo dei parametri/attributi critici dei prodotti, mantenendoli sotto controllo ed evidenziando eventuali azioni correttive.
- Definisce le golden CAPA
- Promuove il Problem Solving/Troubleshooting
- Supporta il reparto produttivo e l’unità OQ nella gestione delle anomalie riscontrate nei processi produttivi (RCA sme )
- Agisce da Investigation lead e DE owner ad hoc
- E’ responsabile delle quality review di reparto
- Utilizza tutti gli strumenti OE e statistici per l’analisi dei dati e la valutazione degli scenari
- Rispetta e promuove le norme gmp, di data integrity e alcoa. **_ Why you?_** Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: - Laurea Magistrale in discipline scientifiche (i.e. Ingegneria Chimica o di processo, chimica industriale o equivalente, farmacia, ctf, biotecnologie.)
- Esperienza in ruolo analogo, proveniente da area técnica, da contesti Manufacturing, preferibilmente Farmaceutici.
- Buona conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese (scritto e parlato) Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Conoscenze di Lean Manufacturing.
- Uso di strumenti statistici.
- Conoscenza delle norme GMP, data integrity e alcoa.
- Conoscenza degli equipment e dei processi in uso in ambito pharma.
