We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Ecommerce** **Buying and Stock Specialist**to join our growing team. The person will be leading the forecasting and purchasing process by analyzing sales historical trends, managing inventory, and collaborating with key departments to ensure optimal product performance online and improved customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Collection Buying Planning**: - Drive the development and execution of buying plans, aligning with seasonal trends, brand direction, and business objectives. Participate to Collection presentations during the year, to develop a full knowledge of the different business units. Key stakeholders: B2B Sales, Product team, Planning
- Responsible for ensuring correct stock and replenishment planning for the external warehouse e-commerce 3PL.
This includes day to day management of stock and sales reports. Key stakeholders: IT, Planning, 3PL **Inventory Management and Analytics**: - Monitor daily run rate, analyze and proactively create reports on sales performance. Key stakeholders: Analytics team and Planning
- Analyze inventory levels and sell-through rates to make timely replenishment or markdown decisions.
- Assist in managing stock flow to ensure availability with the goal of maximizing sales and providing an elevated customer experience. **Go To Market**: - Liaise with Merchandising, Planning, and Product Teams to synchronize buying activities with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Stock follow up before launches to ensure all products are available before launch date. **Requisiti**:
**Key Skills & Competencies**: - Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, XLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Attention to detail with a good sense of style and product aesthetics.
- Passion for sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required **Preferred Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce or related field.
