**Workload: 100%** Join Axpo Solar Italia as a Program Manager, where you will lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from development through to construction and operation. **What you will do**: - Oversee cross-functional project management, ensuring smooth transitions during development and construction phases.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including development, construction, and asset management, to drive project success.
- Monitor and control project schedules, focusing on multidisciplinary tasks and external partnerships.
- Manage commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Contribute to project legal setups and master and challenge project business plans seeking optimization at all potential levels and ensuring regular updates for top management reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong relationships.
**What you bring & who you are**: - Proven experience managing PV projects or large-scale infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks across various teams.
- Proficient understanding of business plans and financial metrics.
- Willingness to challenge existing processes and implement efficient solutions.
- Fluency in German and English, French or Polish is a plus. **About the team**:
