- Ensure impeccable mise en place and maintain the bar environment according to LQA standards.
- Anticipate guest needs, offer personalized recommendations, and craft thoughtful, memorable experiences.
- Build authentic rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and F&B; colleagues, supporting junior team members and fostering a culture of learning.
- Contribute to revenue goals through responsible upselling, cost awareness, and precise stock and inventory management.
- Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in a luxury bar or hospitality environment.
- Solid mixology skills, with a passion for beverages, techniques, and emerging industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a guest-centric mindset.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
