Main Duties: - Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, with a significant emphasis on weddings, and other celebratory gatherings.
- Provide on-site support during wedding days and other events, ensuring smooth execution, managing vendor arrivals, and addressing any immediate needs.
- Assist with post-event activities, such as feedback collection, thank-you notes, and final reporting.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the Events Department. **Requirements**: - Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to clients;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, often under time pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset,



and willingness to learn and adapt;
