**What you will be doing**:

The Project Intern will support the Project Leader in organizing and managing events (both CME and non-CME). **Responsibilities**: - Prepare letters of appointment and registration forms and send them to speakers.
- Compile and maintain logistics master files (including contacts, travel arrangements, hotels, and dinners).
- Send out official letters of invitation.
- Provide on-site assistance during events (at the registration desk or in the hall).
- Offer support to other Project Managers in the office when needed.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. **What your background should look like**:
**Education**: - Degree in cultural science or similar **Skills**: - Knowledge of English language
