**About the Company** ISMETT is a multi-organ transplant and highly specialized center, established through an international non-profit public-private partnership between the Region of Sicily, the Ri.MED Foundation, and UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), which manages the center. The Italian Ministry of Health has recognized ISMETT as a Scientific Institute for Research, Hospitalization and Healthcare (IRCCS) in the discipline of "Care and research of end-stage organ failure". Observers may attend ISMETT for a **maximum of 5 working days**, not necessarily consecutive, and are not permitted to perform any hands-on activities. **Requirements**:
