Event Staff - High-Profile Launch Event (Central Rome) | 6-8 March | Location TBC We’re recruiting professional, friendly Event Staff to support an exciting, high-energy international launch event in **Central Rome**, taking place simultaneously across multiple cities worldwide. This is a paid opportunity to join an on-site team delivering an excellent guest experience and supporting smooth event operations. **Location TBC.** If you’re confident with people, calm under pressure, and reliable, we’d love to hear from you. Dates & shift timings (fixed) You must be available for all 3 shifts: - **6 March**: 13:30 - 22:30 (**9 hours**)
- **7 March**: 09:30 - 19:30 (**10 hours**)
- **8 March**: 09:30 - 19:30 (**10 hours**) Pay & allowances
- **€22.50 per hour**: - **€10 travel allowance per day**: - **€7.50 food allowance per day** **Estimated pay across the 3 days**: - **6 March (9 hrs)**: 9 × €22.50 = **€202.50** + €17.50 = **€220.00**: - **7 March (10 hrs)**: 10 × €22.50 = **€225.00** + €17.50 = **€242.50**: - **8 March (10 hrs)**: 10 × €22.50 = **€225.00** + €17.50 = **€242.50** **Total (3 days): €705.00**

What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests and supporting entry/registration processes
- Providing front-of-house guest support and answering questions clearly
- Supporting queue management, crowd flow, and maintaining a safe, organised environment
- Directing guests to key areas and helping keep timings running smoothly
- Assisting with event set-up and breakdown (light lifting / moving equipment where required)
- Communicating clearly with the onsite management team and following briefed procedures
- Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude throughout the shift What we’re looking for

- Able to stay composed in busy moments and adapt quickly to changes
- A team-first mindset — proactive, helpful, and switched on
- Experience in events / hospitality / hosting **Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 days Pay: €22,500.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30 per week Work Location: In person
