- Partner with HR Manager and Delivery Leaders to support HR strategies aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support compensation and benefits analysis and related evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze HR data (attrition, turnover, performance, engagement)
- Support workforce talent management, performance evaluation, role definition, and organizational changes.
- Support the regional implementation of Corporate HR processes, ensuring compliance.
- Support and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

**Work Experience**Degree in Legal Subjects Bachelor/Master Degree 3 yrs of experience in HR domain English proficiency willing to travel
