Randstad Italia, Finance sub-specialization, Turin branch, is searching for a prestigious automotive multinational located in North Turin for a Technical Accounting Specialist (Minimum B2 level of English proficiency) (F/M/NB) Work Location: North Turin Work Model: Hybrid (12 days of remote work per month) Benefits: Company canteen Start Date: September 2026 Job Summary : The Technical Accounting Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical accounting support and expertise to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role involves analyzing complex financial data, preparing detailed reports, managing some internal controls activities, and offering guidance on technical accounting issues. Key Responsibilities: Monitor Accounting Standards: Stay updated on new accounting developments for U.S. GAAP and IFRS and assess their impact on the organization. Technical Support: Provide technical accounting support to various departments, ensuring consistency in the treatment of accounting transactions. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required disclosures. Project Management: Lead or assist with special projects, including the implementation of new accounting standards and M&A; (Mergers and Acquisitions) transactions. Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for accounting policies, procedures, and memorandums. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as tax, treasury, legal, and M&A;,



to support various financial activities and projects. Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Experience in audit, technical accounting, or financial reporting. Certifications: CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications preferred. Desired Attributes: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and complex accounting concepts. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear, actionable insights. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information. Mandatory requirement: Minimum B2 level of English proficiency. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting software.
