More than 1,600 worldwide users, 4 Data Centers and 200+ Servers. **The role** **Main Activities and Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify strategic business opportunities.
- Develop detailed business process models and documentation with a focus on strategic alignment.
- Assist in the top management in preparing strategic presentation and models in order to track performances and activities.
- Evaluate and recommend strategic improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables with a strategic perspective.
- Perform data analysis and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate the management of key strategic initiatives
- Provide ongoing support to end-users and address any system-related issues with a strategic approach. **Experience and Education**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in a consultancy firm **Technical and Soft skills**: - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel).
- Fluent in English
