Your role **As a PMO your challenges will include**:
Support the PM to analyse any Project Request; drafting contract for project request detailed with scope, time, cost (Project & running)
Supporting the business in the definition of project requirements and requirements analysis;
Support the department to improve internal processes Relationship and communication management with client and project stakeholders (domestic and international);
Monitoring and management of the project baseline in order to ensure implementation of activities in terms of Scope, Budget and Timing;
Preparation of activities in support of the project design and related reporting (e.g. kick off preparation, SAL meeting, MoM drafting, Gantt, etc.);
**Requirements**:
Bachelor ‘s degree;
Experience in setting up service management activities;
A minimum of 3 years of previous experience as PMO;
Communication and stakeholder management skills;
Experience in defining and implementing governance processes and reporting;
Knowledge/experience of project management (nice to have);
