**Position**:
The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of about 50 people involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Vantaggi and Make Up For ever). **Job responsibilities**: - Management of accounts payable and general accounting;
- Verification of VAT registers and general ledger;
- Monthly accounting closures;
- Issuing of sales invoices;
- Support to the manager in the development of new company projects;
- Inter-company reconciliations;
- Supplier reconciliations;
- Analysis of accounting accounts to verify the correct allocation of company costs;
- Fixed asset management;
- Accounting and reconciliation of boutique revenues;
- Other administrative activities **Profile**: - Degree in Economics, Business Management or Accounting Diploma is a requirement
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Curiosity, precision and attention to detail will complete the profile
- Full proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
