As Woolrich’s CRM Data & Systems Specialist you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of the department’s analytical competencies, in support of a more regular and consistent sharing of customer knowledge throughout the organization. You will also be tasked with monitoring, upkeep and enhancement of our CRM platform (Hubspot) to ensure smooth processes and continuous optimization.
The role includes cross-functional work with other departments, from IT and Data Governance, to Retail and E-Commerce. **Your day to day**: - Update the monthly suite of CRM reporting and share with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner (registration, NPS, loyalty, etc.)
- Update the customer purchase behavior and customer profile analysis and presentation at least once per season to support decision-making for future seasons
- Run explorative/spontaneous analyses to gain a better understanding of the client base or answer specific business questions, sharing results with the relevant stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc reporting on KPIs and other indicators as per Management requests
- Work closely with data analysts from other functions, as well as the Data Governance team, to avoid silos and ensure well-rounded analyses and cross-fertilization of knowledge
- Closely monitor the proper functioning and performance of all automated workflows and campaigns based in Hubspot, working with relevant stakeholders (IT, GroupM, Ecommerce) to adjust/rectify potential issues as quickly as possible
- Suggest and implement new workflows, functionalities, optimizations on Hubspot to simplify existing processes or develop new ones, also based on requests from other departments
- Monitor and maintain database health on a regular basis
- Monitor and report on performance of all outreach activities, whether ongoing or one-time **Your skillset and background**: - Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related
- +1 years’ experience in similar roles with a strong focus on analytics and data crunch
- Data-driven mindset and analytical abilities
- Skilled in use of Excel or other data visualization/manipulation/reporting tools (ex. PowerBI)
- Proficiency in CRM Systems (knowledge of Hubspot is a strong plus) with the capability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross - department with different stakeholders
- Strong adaptability and hands on approach
- Keen attention to details to ensure data accuracy
- Fluency in English
