In this role, you will work directly with the **Digital & Transformation Director**, contributing to the execution and follow-up of strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with a **data analyst and consulting background** or exposure to transformation programs, and who is eager to develop cross-functional experience in a dynamic, international setting. **As** the** Digital & Transformation Support, you will**:Support the implementation, coordination, and tracking of regional transformation initiatives and digital programs.- Conduct research and gather data to support strategic analysis, business case development, and project decisions.Prepare data, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders.-
Assist the local Divisions providing the most meaningfull set of data needed to perform and streamline thei roles.-
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help preparing requests and proposal to the central developenment team-
Assist in tracking KPIs for ongoing digital initiatives.- Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.




- Help document and follow up on action items, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Support change management and communication efforts linked to digital transformation programs. **QUALIFICATIONS** AND EXPERIENCE** |**About you** **Who you are**:**
- A proactive and curious team player with strong knwoledge of IT tools and with organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and switching between different types of tasks.
- Analytical and structured, with a good understanding of project workflows and stakeholder management. **The** ideal**Digital & Transformation Support has**:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.13 years of professional experience, ideally in a **consulting firm or**as a Data Analyst**, a transformation-related and strategy role.
- A good knoledge of processes inside one of the best of breed ERP or CRM tools will ba a key factor (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force, NetSuite, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in another Southern European language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
