1.Preparing and sending out formal quotations; Assist to issue formal invoice and reporting;
整理并发出正式的报价单；协助开具形式发票和做报告汇总； 2.Preparing documentation for project opening and coordinating;
整理相关文件以创建项目和做协调； 3.Monitoring and updating project status;
监控并更新项目的状态； 准备相关文件以申请证书； 5.Sending out output documents such as confirmation letters, reports and certificates;
向外发送相关文件，包括确认书，报告和证书； 6.Assisting (S) AMs with cold-calling suspects and prospects;
协助客户经理处理客户的疑问和要求； 7.Assisting (S) AMs with quotation follow-up;
协助客户经理 跟进报价； 8.Assisting (S) AMs with payment collection;
协助客户经理 收取货款； 9.Assisting PM/PEs with documentation preparation;
协助项目经理及项目工程师准备相关文件； 10.Coordination among related parties, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, (S) AMs, PMs/PEs;
协调多方，包括客户、承包商、客户供应商、客户经理、.项目经理及项目工程师； 11.Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager. 履行业务线经理分配的其他任务。 Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree 本科以上学历； 2.Related working experience is preferred;
相关工作经验优先； 3.Hight responsibility, positive and open personality, team spirit and good communication skills;
有较强的责任心，积极开朗，团队协助，善于沟通； 4.Strong customer-oriented mindset;
客户导向； 5.Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;
注重质量和细节； 6.Skillful in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;
