**Qualifications**: - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline - or equivalent work experience **Skills**: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile delivery practices
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile team management and reporting
- Previous experience working within the iGaming industry - understanding the pace, regulatory landscape, and customer expectations
- Familiarity with iGaming products such as casino platforms, payment integrations, game provider integrations, third-party systems and player account management systems **Responsibilities**: - Serve as Scrum Master for three Agile teams, championing Agile best practices and delivery excellence
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined,
prioritised, and groomed product backlogs
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, with a strong emphasis on team empowerment and continuous improvement
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Resolve conflicts, identify and remove delivery impediments; maintain a productive, high-performing environment
- Use Atlassian Jira to manage sprint cycles, create insightful reporting dashboards, and track performance metrics
- Promote transparency and collaboration across teams and departments
- Contribute to scaling Agile practices and driving Agile maturity across the development teams
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
