NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts. NABA is currently looking for motivated individuals for the role of CAREER SERVICE ASSISTANT
- Support the identification, development and maintenance of relations with companies in order to guarantee internship and placement opportunities. Promotes the placement services to the students by means of a presentation at the beginning of the academic year; recruits the student for internship opportunities offered by external firms.
- Supports the organization of the placement events (Talent Harbour, Campus Recruiting Days) to promote student visibility.
- Contributes to the efficiency of web-based platform (NABASymplicity)



and the front-end services for both the companies and alumni related to the internship / placement information. Supports and verifies the correct uploading of student’s CV’s and portfolios to the platform.
- Assures the development of the Alumni network by maintaining relations, updating the internal database, mailing lists, and organizing dedicated events. Helps in the choice of the best Alumni to be included as testimonials during enrolments and placement events. REQUIREMENTS: University Degree in Humanities like HR, Labor Psychology or Law. B2 level of English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially) Previous short (1/2 years) professional experience in recruiting, front office with international students is desirable. Highly motivated, customer-oriented, precise, team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Work location: Milano Compensation: to be defined
