Barilla Group is looking for students or fresh graduates with a background in Design and Innovation. For internships starting in September 2025 in our Design Thinking Unit, based in Parma. Job Purpose This 4-month internship aims to give you exposure and training on the day-to-day assignments as well as the opportunity to contribute to specific design projects led by the team.
You will work on rethinking services and digital experiences in collaboration with HR, Diversity & Inclusion, and Communication teams, as well as other stakeholders across the organization. The projects will involve qualitative research, user interviews, journey mapping, co-design workshops, and prototyping. **Requirements**:
We are looking for talented students and new graduates with a background in design and a passion for user-centered innovation.



If you are curious, collaborative, and ready to bring fresh thinking to improve how we work and engage people.
- Background in Service Design, Communication Design, Digital/Interaction Design or similar fields
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies (preferred)
- Fluent in English, if you also speak Italian that's a great premio
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Miro, Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva
