Are you a sales manager with a strong empathic ability and strong interpersonal skills? For our site Bobst in Piacenza, we are looking for an **_Area Sales Manage_**r** dynamic and proactive, he/she must be customer oriented and be able to interface with different company figures, colleagues, entrepreneurs and managers. **Main responsibilities**: - Follow the market of cardboard throughout Italy.
- Share with the manager the definition of sales strategies and personal budget.
- Contain the competition and anticipate its strategies.
- Interact with the manager, colleagues and customer service.



Previous experience of at least 3/5 years in sales, i.e sales support, in industrial production companies and/or the graphics sector. **Competencies and skills**: - Sales orientation.
- Negotiation management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in teams and good organizational and coordination skills with other people, planning and scheduling activities.
- Enthusiasm and desire to be in the field. **Education and languages**: - Technical background: degree in engineering preferred
- Good level of knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. This figure often interfaces with the headquarter in Lausanne.
- Knowledge of a second language is considered a plus. Willingness to move throughout the country for about 80% of the time with short trips of 2-3 days max. **APPLY NOW
