We’re looking for a curious, entrepreneurial, and strategically minded professional to identify new growth opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, and design innovative business models in the fields of data engineering and AI. You’ll be part of our **Business Development & Strategy** team, working closely with leadership to evolve our offerings, shape new products, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. This is **not a sales role**: we’re looking for a strategic partner who can read the market, define and communicate our value proposition, and guide the company’s growth trajectory. You’ll act as a bridge between our deep technical expertise and real market needs, helping to craft the products and services that will define our next evolution. € 45-55 K **What you'll do**:
You’ll play a key role in driving Agile Lab’s growth by supporting the management team in: - **Market strategy & analysis**: study the data management and AI markets to identify emerging trends, analyze competitors, and discover new business opportunities.
- **Offer definition**: work closely with technical teams to structure and position our service offerings, translating technological capabilities into clear, market-ready solutions.
- **New product development**: support the ideation and validation of new product and business lines, managing business plans and go-to-market strategies.
- **Partnership & business development**: identify and assess potential strategic collaborations with tech companies, startups, and industrial partners.
- **Strategic project management**: manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams and achievement of business objectives.
- **Effective communication**: create presentations, business cases, and strategic documents to clearly communicate our vision and initiatives both internally and externally. **What we are looking for**: - Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Scientific disciplines
- Experience in strategic consulting, business development,
or similar roles in tech/digital environments
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a business-oriented mindset
- Experience managing complex projects and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and visual (presentations, decks, reports)
- Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, with a hands-on attitude and willingness to experiment
