**Role Overview**:The Client Relations assitant will be responsible for communications with the guests. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who excels in communication and knows the Lake Como area well. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Interaction and Communication**: - Provide in-person check-in and check-out services at all properties, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and farewell experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. **Concierge and Guest Services**: - Offer personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and experiences in the Lake Como area.
- Arrange reservations, bookings, and exclusive experiences upon guest request.
- Handle any special guest requirements, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. **Compliance and Reporting**: - Accurately and promptly register guest information on the Alloggiati Web platform to comply with local regulations.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of guest stays and required reports. **Operational Support & Liaison Tasks**:
- Communicate and coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.
- Liaise with Italian-speaking suppliers, property owners, and service providers as needed.
- Provide flexible support across other operational needs to ensure smooth day-to-day management of the properties. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or concierge services is preferred but not mandatory
- Local Expertise: Good knowledge of the Lake Como area, including restaurants, activities, and cultural insights.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English and Italian or additional languages are a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic about building positive guest relationships.
- Organizational Ability: Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility: Availability to accommodate guest needs, including evenings and weekends, as required. Pay: From €10.00 per hour Work Location: In person
