**Mission Details**: - We are seeking a Scientist to work on innovation, product development and optimization of our lamination adhesives product range in Europe. The role reports to the European R&D; Manager of AP&C; Laminating Adhesives and is based in Mozzate (CO) **Required Profile**:

- **PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, ideally with first experiences in the adhesive industry (3-5 years)**: - **Profound understanding about adhesion theory and reaction kinetics, especially related to polyurethane chemistry and polyester.**: - **Understands the requirements/challenges for improved sustainability and recyclability of flexible packaging.**: - **Good understanding about statistical methods and analysis**: - **Excellent communication skills & stake holder management**: - **Able to set up new research equipment, plan and execute experimental program.** **PROBLEM SOLVING**
