**Job Description Summary**: The Transfer Pricing function plays a strategic role in shaping how GE Vernova structures intercompany transactions across global markets. - be part of a cross global function overseeing transfer pricing aspects for all our companies worldwide. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Support and maintain global cost-rebilling processes across the business.
- Assist in the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and relevant internal documents for compliance and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to the preparation and finalization of transfer pricing reports, partnering with internal finance teams and external consultants.
- Participate in functional analysis interviews and conduct industry research.
- Support the drafting and review of transfer pricing policy documents.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
