Milan Creative JUNIOR **Junior Stylist (f/m/d)**: To support our Stylist team we are searching for a Junior Stylist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
- **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: - Prepare the styling and shoot on model images with high quality standards considering Mytheresa DNA
- Proactively keep up with brands updates to ensure styling consistency
- Have a good balance between hitting targets and creative flair
- Responsible to ensure per week no more than 5% of your work is reshot
- Ensure all products are managed and handled with care
- Be able to handle administrative and organizational tasks- ** WHO YOU ARE**: - Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education.
- At least one year of relevant professional experience as a stylist
- Knowledge of leading fashion brands and current fashion trends
- Experience working with models
- Awareness and expertise for e-commerce environment
- A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season
- Able to work well and motivate as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good time management
- Excellent oral and written English knowledge- ** WHAT WE OFFER**: - Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days
