Maketourism is looking for a **Travel Specialist Intern** to join the Operations Department. The intern will primarily assist with service bookings, supplier research, and administrative tasks, including the management of passive invoicing. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the tourism and event organization industry. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist with **service bookings** for individual travelers (FIT) and group bookings.
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and venues.
- Support the **management of passive invoicing** (invoices from suppliers).
- Update and maintain the database of suppliers and venue contacts.
- Collaborate with the team to confirm requested services for clients.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Strong **organizational, communication,



and computer skills** (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in the tourism and event organization industry.
- **English proficiency** is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Process-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
