To support our expansion and modernize our go-to-market approach, we are looking for a proactive B2B Growth Operator & Driver to bring a breath of fresh air and bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management. **The Role**: This is not a traditional marketing or sales role. It is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused position designed to drive company growth by scaling our sales pipeline and maximizing the lifetime value of our customers. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will have the autonomy needed to implement innovative strategies without having to worry about the red tape. **Key Responsibilities**: - Revisit, test, and improve our B2B outreach approach.
- Identify changes that will bring long-lasting results.
- Improve our acquisition pipeline.
- Support direct sales campaigns and LinkedIn Ads management.
- Maintain a highly "hands-on" approach: engage directly with customers if that’s what’s needed to understand how to drive revenue.
- Integrate digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents into daily processes to modernize operations.
- In the future, take on a guiding role in supervising long-term customers. **Requirements**: - A proactive, self-starting attitude focused on driving real change.
- Strong online proficiency and highly tech-savvy.
- Strong ROI orientation: your execution should ensure that your work generates tangible results.
- Fluent English (this is the sole working language of the company).
- Proven experience in growth hacking, B2B business development, lead generation, or hybrid revenue-driving roles.
- Must be based in Italy and comfortable working 100% remotely.
